Tender chicken pieces, filling beans, and various veggies makes up this tomato-based red bean soup! Whip this a warm serving in just 30 minutes.

  • 14.5oztomatoes,(1 can), diced
  • 15oztomato sauce,(1 can)
  • 6cupswater
  • ¼cuponion,diced
  • 1lbchicken breast,halves, boneless, cooked, and cubed
  • 16.5ozred beans,(1 can), drained and rinsed
  • 1cupbroccoli,chopped
  • 1cupcarrots,diced
  • 1tspsalt
  • ½tspground black pepper
  • ½tspcajun seasoning
  • pinchgarlic powder


  1. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and onion.

  2. Bring to a boil, then stir in the cooked chicken, beans, broccoli, carrots, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.

  3. Let boil for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes more.

  4. Serve warm, and enjoy!
