
How To Make Chicken and Red Bean Soup
Tender chicken pieces, filling beans, and various veggies makes up this tomato-based red bean soup! Whip this a warm serving in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 14.5oztomatoes,(1 can), diced
- 15oztomato sauce,(1 can)
- 6cupswater
- ¼cuponion,diced
- 1lbchicken breast,halves, boneless, cooked, and cubed
- 16.5ozred beans,(1 can), drained and rinsed
- 1cupbroccoli,chopped
- 1cupcarrots,diced
- 1tspsalt
- ½tspground black pepper
- ½tspcajun seasoning
- pinchgarlic powder
Instructions

In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and onion.

Bring to a boil, then stir in the cooked chicken, beans, broccoli, carrots, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.

Let boil for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes more.
