- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bunch of kale, trimmed and chopped
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
