How To Make Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
- 3 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 5 cup chicken broth
- 20 oz broccoli, thawed,frozen chopped
- 2 cup rice, cooked
For Garnish:
- cheese, shredded
- green onion, sliced
- sour cream
Instructions

Melt butter in a heavy saucepot.

Saute onions until clear. Add mushroom soup, milk and cheese.

Cook until well incorporated. Then add broth, broccoli and rice.

Cover and let simmer for around 30 minutes.
