How To Make French Toast Stuffed with Banana & Maple Syrup

- 8 slices of bread
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Butter, for cooking
Instructions

In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Take a slice of bread and spread a spoonful of maple syrup on one side.

Place a few slices of banana on top of the maple syrup.

Take another slice of bread and place it on top, creating a sandwich.

Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
