How To Make Red Wine Jelly

Ingredients

  • 2 cups red wine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the red wine over medium heat until warm.

  2. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the gelatin with water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Add the gelatin mixture to the warm red wine mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

  5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or molds.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

  7. Serve chilled and garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
