Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Set aside.

  3. Using a double boiler or microwave, melt the semisweet chocolate until smooth. Allow it to cool for a few minutes.
