Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flan crust
  • 2 cups of mixed fresh fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and mango)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Place the flan crust in a baking dish and set aside.

  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.

  5. Slowly pour the sugar mixture into the simmering cream while continuously whisking.

  6. Continue whisking until the mixture thickens to a custard consistency.

  7. Pour the custard filling into the flan crust and spread it evenly.

  8. Arrange the mixed fresh fruits on top of the custard filling.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown.

  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
