  • 4 turkey thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Rub the turkey thighs with olive oil.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the dried thyme, rosemary, sage, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over the turkey thighs, pressing it gently to adhere.

  5. Place the turkey thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  7. Remove from the oven and let the turkey thighs rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
