- 4 turkey thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rub the turkey thighs with olive oil.

In a small bowl, combine the dried thyme, rosemary, sage, salt, and black pepper.

Sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over the turkey thighs, pressing it gently to adhere.
