  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until fully combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust and smooth out the top.

  4. Bake the pie at 425F for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350F and continue baking for an additional 35-45 minutes or until the center is set.

  5. Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool before slicing and serving.
