  • 4 bagels, sliced in half
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagel halves until golden brown.

  2. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each bagel half.

  3. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, avocado, and red onion.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve immediately.
