Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the egg mixture to the ricotta mixture and stir until well combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
