How To Make Thai Curry Tofu Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu, diced
- 2 tablespoons of Thai red curry paste
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until they soften.

Add tofu to the skillet and cook until lightly browned.

In a separate bowl, mix together the curry paste, coconut milk, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Pour the curry mixture into the skillet with tofu and vegetables.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until flavors are well combined.
