Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Add the buttermilk and mix until a sticky dough forms.

  4. Fold in the sun-dried tomatoes, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

  5. Shape the dough into 4 equal-sized baps and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Brush the tops of the baps with olive oil.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Allow the baps to cool slightly before serving.
