  • 2 cups mangetout, ends trimmed
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red chili, seeded and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine papaya, beansprouts, mangetout, red onion, chili, and cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
