How To Make Nut Roast Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 tbsp non-dairy milk, for brushing
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the chopped nuts, onion, carrot, garlic, breadcrumbs, vegetable broth, soy sauce, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 2 equal rectangles.

Divide the nut mixture into 4 portions and spoon each portion onto the center of each puff pastry rectangle.

Fold the long sides of the puff pastry over the filling, then roll the pastry up tightly, sealing the edges.

Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with non-dairy milk.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.

Serve the nut roast rolls hot with your favorite sauce or gravy.
