
How To Make Miso Beansprout Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 cups beansprouts
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 spring roll wrappers
Instructions

In a pot of boiling water, blanch the beansprouts for 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a bowl, mix together the miso paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add in the beansprouts and toss until well coated.

Take a spring roll wrapper and place it on a clean surface. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the beansprout mixture onto the wrapper and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with water.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Heat a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the rolls for 2-3 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden brown.

Serve the rolls hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
