How To Make Mint Tea Couscous

Ingredients
- 2 cups couscous
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 tsp loose-leaf mint tea
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions

Place the couscous and loose-leaf mint tea in a large bowl. Pour the boiling water over it and cover with a lid. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Fluff the couscous with a fork to separate the grains.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil and salt. Drizzle the mixture over the couscous and toss to coat.

Add chopped mint and parsley, and toss again to evenly distribute the herbs.

Sprinkle sliced almonds on top for added crunch.

Serve the mint tea couscous as a side dish or as a main course with grilled chicken or roasted vegetables.
