Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 1 small melon, diced
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • Optional: honey or sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the diced cucumbers, melon, mint leaves, lime juice, and water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Taste the mixture and add honey or sugar if desired.

  3. Strain the mixture to remove any solids.

  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes.

  5. Pour the cucumber, mint, and melon mixture over the ice cubes.

  6. Garnish with mint leaves.

  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
