How To Make Cheesy Stuffed Squash

Ingredients
- 2 small squash
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite melty cheese)
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and pulp.

In a small bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, bread crumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the cheese mixture into each squash half, dividing it evenly between them.

Place the stuffed squash halves on a baking sheet and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
