- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup roasted chestnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until they are crispy and golden brown.

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, crumbled bacon, and chopped roasted chestnuts. Mix well.
