  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup roasted chestnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  3. Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until they are crispy and golden brown.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, crumbled bacon, and chopped roasted chestnuts. Mix well.

  5. Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, transfer them to a serving dish and immediately toss them with the chestnut bacon butter. The heat from the Brussels sprouts will melt the butter and create a creamy sauce.

  6. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
