How To Make Brussels Sprout Slaw

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and Parmesan cheese.
