  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and Parmesan cheese.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the Brussels sprout mixture and toss until well coated.

  4. Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. Serve the Brussels sprout slaw chilled.
