  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough package.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

  4. Add the sliced Brussels sprouts to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. Season the Brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if desired).

  6. Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly over the pizza dough.

  7. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the Brussels sprouts.

  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven according to the pizza dough package instructions, typically around 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.

  9. Remove from the oven and let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing.

  10. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
