How To Make Brussels & Blue Cheese Pizza

- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough package.

Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the sliced Brussels sprouts to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
