How To Make Artichoke & Olive Calzones

Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Divide pizza dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a circle.

In a bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, olives, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.

Spoon the artichoke mixture onto one half of each dough circle, leaving a small border around the edges.

Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal.

Brush the tops of the calzones with olive oil.

Place the calzones on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
