How To Make Aloo Tikki

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into patties.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Carefully place the potato patties in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Remove the cooked tikkis from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
