  • 4 ripe pears, sliced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Chopped fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the grated ginger and red chilli flakes and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the sliced pears to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they are tender and lightly browned.

  4. Drizzle the honey over the pears and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Remove from heat and serve the pan-fried pears hot, garnished with chopped mint leaves.
