- 4 ripe pears, sliced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp honey
- Chopped fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the grated ginger and red chilli flakes and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced pears to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they are tender and lightly browned.

Drizzle the honey over the pears and toss to coat evenly.

Remove from heat and serve the pan-fried pears hot, garnished with chopped mint leaves.
