How To Make Lime Possets with Raspberries

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until it comes to a simmer. Stir occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice and zest. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

Divide the mixture into 4 serving glasses or ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Before serving, top each posset with fresh raspberries.
