  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped mangoes (for garnish)


  1. Peel and dice the mangoes. Place them in a blender along with the sugar and blend until smooth.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  3. Pour the mango puree into the cream mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

  4. Divide the mixture into dessert cups or bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

  5. Serve chilled, garnished with chopped mangoes.
