Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen blackberries in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.

  4. Gently fold the blackberry puree into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.

  5. Divide the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.

  6. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  7. Serve the frozen blackberry fool chilled and garnish with fresh blackberries, if desired.
