Ingredients

  • 4 large apples
  • 200g of dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apples. Insert a popsicle stick into each apple.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

  3. Dip each apple into the melted chocolate, coating it entirely. Let the excess chocolate drip off.

  4. Optional: Roll the chocolate-coated apples in chopped nuts or shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.

  5. Place the chocolate apples on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
