How To Make Baked Sweet Potato

- 4 sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped green onions, shredded cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Scrub the sweet potatoes clean and pat them dry.

Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and pierce each one several times with a fork.
