
How To Make Sheet Pan Crispy Cheddar Pork Chops
For a meal you won’t forget soon, try these crispy cheddar pork chops. You can prepare these with potatoes and brussels sprouts in one baking pan!

Ingredients
- 4pork chops,thick cut and bone-in
- salt and pepper
- 2eggs
- ¼cupmilk
- 2cupspanko
- 2cupscheddar cheese,shredded
- 1tbspItalian seasoning
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 1lbbrussels sprouts,cut in half
- 1lbbaby potatoes,quartered
- salt and pepper
- 2tbspolive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside

In a shallow dish, whisk together egg and milk. In another shallow dish add panko, cheddar cheese, italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

Salt and pepper the pork chops and dredge them in the egg mixture and then coat them in the panko mixture. Lay them on the sheet pan.

In a large bowl add the brussels sprouts and potatoes. Salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil. Lay them next to the pork on the sheet pan.

Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the pork over and continue baking for 12 to 15 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
