  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until well coated.

  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
