How To Make Red Cabbage & Potato Hash

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onions and garlic and sauté until translucent.

Add diced potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy.

Stir in the sliced red cabbage, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
