
How To Make Nacho Fries (Taco Bell Copycat)
Made with ground beef, jalapeno, and bell pepper, these perfectly baked crinkle-cut fries bring a healthier twist to the Taco Bell nacho fries for a snack.

Ingredients
- 1lbfrench fries,frozen, crinkle cut
- ¼tspseasoning salt
- ½lblean ground beef
- ½medium onion,finely diced
- 1tsptaco seasoning
- 2cupscheddar cheese,shredded
- ½red bell pepper,finely chopped
- 2green onions,sliced
- 1jalapeno,sliced, optional
- salsa,for garnish, as desired
- sour cream,for garnish, as desired
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray. Toss fries with seasoning salt and lay fries in a flat layer on baking sheet with as much space around each one as possible.

Bake fries for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once, until crispy.

Meanwhile, cook the ground beef and onion on the stovetop over medium-high heat until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and set aside.

When fries are crispy, top with cheese, then the beef mixture, and red peppers. Bake for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle on green onions and jalapeno.
