How To Make Turkey Sandwich

For this turkey sandwich recipe, you can use store-bought turkey meat or opt for some leftovers after Thanksgiving. You can make it as a meal or snack.

  • 4sliceswheat bread
  • 4tbspmayonnaise
  • 2ozcheeseprovolone or mozzarella
  • 8slicesdeli turkeyor leftover turkey
  • ¼cupcranberry sauce
  • tomatoesoptional


  1. Lightly toast the bread.

  2. Spread 2 of the slices with mayonnaise.

  3. Top with cheese, turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes (optional). Season with salt and pepper if desired.

  4. Spread remaining slices of bread with cranberry sauce and top sandwich.

  5. Cut in half and serve.
