Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons of butter
Instructions

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Butter one side of each slice of bread.

Place 4 slices of bread, butter side down, on the skillet.

Top each slice with a layer of mozzarella cheese, sliced chicken, marinara sauce, and Parmesan cheese.

Place the remaining slices of bread on top, butter side up.

Cook until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown and crispy, then flip the sandwiches and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
