How To Make Pesto Focaccia Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of focaccia bread
- 1/2 cup of homemade or store-bought pesto
- 8 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup of baby spinach leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the focaccia bread in half horizontally to create a top and bottom piece.

Spread the pesto evenly on both sides of the bread.

Layer the mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and spinach leaves on the bottom half of the bread.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich and press down gently.

Wrap the sandwich tightly in aluminum foil.
