How To Make English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich
Start the day right with this English muffin breakfast sandwich! It's loaded with eggs, cheese, and sausage patty for a delightful bite.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 English muffin
- 1 sausage patty, cooked
- 1 cheddar cheese slice
Instructions
- Toast English muffins.

Mix egg in a bowl with a fork until scrambled. Add salt and pepper.

Heat saute pan on medium heat. Spray saute pan with a nonstick spray.
- Add egg mixture. Use a spatula to shape egg into a small round patty. Flip egg, keeping egg in one whole piece.

Assemble sandwich by placing sausage, egg, and cheese on the bottom layer of English muffin. Place top half of muffin on top.

Eat right away, or wrap in foil to keep hot.
