  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.

  2. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mustard on each tortilla.

  3. Add slices of cooked chicken on top.

  4. Sprinkle shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onion evenly on each tortilla.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

  7. Slice in half, if desired, and serve.
