  • lbsground beef,(85/15)
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspcoarse ground black pepper
  • 2tspworcestershire sauce
  • 4Martin’s Sandwich Potato Rolls
  • 4green leaf lettuce leaves
  • 8slicestomato
  • 4slicesAmerican cheese
  • ¾cup*Shake Shack sauce,(see Recipes Notes below for recipe), divided
  • vegetable oil


  1. Brown the ground beef halfway, for about 3 to 4 minutes, in a large skillet, then mix in the salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Cook the beef for about 3 to 4 minutes, until fully browned.

  3. Turn off the heat, then mix in ½ cup of the Shake Shack sauce.

  4. Serve on Potato Rolls with cheese, tomato, lettuce, and remaining Shake Shack sauce. Enjoy!
