How To Make Rachel Sandwich
The combination of tangy apple slaw and spicy dressing brings this Rachel sandwich to new heights. Whip up this turkey-filled snack in just 18 minutes.

Ingredients
For Sandwich:
- 4slicelight rye bread
- 2tspbutter
- 6slicethick turkey breast,Deli
- 4slicehavarti cheese
For Apple Slaw:
- 1cupcole slaw mix
- ¼cupapple,very thinly sliced
- 2tbspapple cider vinegar
- 1tbspolive oil
- 1tbsphoney
For Dressing:
- ¼cupgreek yogurt,plain
- 1tbspmayonnaise
- 1tbspsriracha chili sauce
- ½tsphorseradish
- ¼tsppaprika
Instructions
Apple Slaw:

In a small bowl, combine slaw mix and apple. Add vinegar, olive oil, and honey. Toss to gently coat. Set aside.
Dressing:

In a separate small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and set aside.
Sandwich:

Heat a large grill pan over medium heat. Butter bread with a ½ teaspoon of butter. Place 2 bread slices face down on grill pan. Top each bread slice with 3 slices of turkey and 2 slices of Havarti cheese.

Add ½ of the slaw mix to each sandwich and add ½ the dressing to each sandwich. Top with remaining bread slice, buttered side up. Brown sandwich for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
