How To Make Pepper & Tuna Panini Pizzas

Ingredients
- 4 small panini bread rolls
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup of sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions

Preheat a panini press or a grill pan.

Slice the panini rolls in half horizontally.

In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, bell peppers, tomato sauce, dried oregano, and black pepper.

Spread the tuna mixture evenly on the cut side of each panini roll.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the tuna mixture.

Place the top halves of the panini rolls on top of the cheese.

Lightly brush the outside of each panini with olive oil.

Place the panini in the preheated panini press or grill pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the heat and let cool for a minute before serving.

Cut each panini in half diagonally and serve.
