How To Make Mini Saltimbocca Sandwiches

- 8 small chicken cutlets
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 8 small slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 small slider buns
- Toothpicks, for securing
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the chicken cutlets between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness.

Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.

Wrap each chicken cutlet with a slice of prosciutto.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, shaking off any excess.

Cook the wrapped chicken cutlets in the hot skillet until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the browned chicken cutlets to a baking sheet and top each one with a slice of provolone cheese.
