Serves:

Ingredients

  • ozlobster tails,(3 pieces), poached, shells removed, and meat chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • ½cupcelery,chopped
  • 6tbspyogurt,or mayonnaise
  • 1tbsplobster seasoning,to taste
  • unsalted butter,softened, for brushing
  • hotdog buns,(or New England buns)

To Serve:

  • unsalted butter,melted
  • potato fries
  • lemon wedges

For Garnish:

  • green onions,thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the lobster tails, celery, yogurt (or mayonnaise), and lobster seasoning. Cover it with a cling wrap.

  2. Set aside in a chilled area for 30 minutes.

  3. Spread unsalted butter into the hotdog buns. Toast briefly.

  4. Scoop even amounts of lobster salad into each hotdog bun.

  5. Serve with potato fries, lemon wedges, and melted butter. Garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
