Ingredients
- 7½ozlobster tails,(3 pieces), poached, shells removed, and meat chopped into bite-sized pieces
- ½cupcelery,chopped
- 6tbspyogurt,or mayonnaise
- 1tbsplobster seasoning,to taste
- unsalted butter,softened, for brushing
- hotdog buns,(or New England buns)
To Serve:
- unsalted butter,melted
- potato fries
- lemon wedges
For Garnish:
- green onions,thinly sliced

In a mixing bowl, add the lobster tails, celery, yogurt (or mayonnaise), and lobster seasoning. Cover it with a cling wrap.

Set aside in a chilled area for 30 minutes.

Spread unsalted butter into the hotdog buns. Toast briefly.
