- 8 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup of spinach leaves
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup of sprouts
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
- 4 tablespoons of hummus
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Lay out all the bread slices on a clean surface.

Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each slice of bread.

Layer the avocado slices, spinach leaves, cucumber slices, and sprouts evenly on 4 slices of bread.
