How To Make Hummus Sandwich

A classic Middle Eastern dip that is the star of this flavor-packed hummus sandwich! Enjoy bites of creamy hummus, tahini, and peppers, all in one meal.

Ingredients

  • 1cangarbanzo beans,(chick peas)
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1jarroasted red peppers
  • ¼cuptahini
  • ½lemon,juiced
  • ¼tspsalt
  • 6bagels
  • 6slicesmuenster cheese
  • veggies,of choice, like cucumbers, sprouts, and tomato

Instructions

  1. Put the garbanzo beans, garlic, roasted red peppers, tahini, lemon juice, and salt in the food processor. Purée for about 1 minute until it is a smooth mush.

  2. Spread the hummus on the bottom half of each bagel, and layer with cheese and veggies. Add the top half of the bagel.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
