How To Make Herbed Cream Cheese Deli Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 lb honeysuckle white turkey breast
- 8 oz nuefchatel cheese
- ¼ cup onion, minced
- 3 tbsp chives, chopped
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fat free mayonaise
- 1 loaf pumpernickel cocktail bread, party loaf 12 oz. roasted peppers, drained (1 jar)
- small green olives , optional, to taste
Instructions
- Blend the first 5 ingredients together.
- Spread 2 slices of the cocktail bread with a thin layer of the cheese mixture.
- Cut the roasted peppers into 1-1/2 inch squares and place one between the bread slices along with a slice of turkey.
- Cut diagonally and stack the two halves.
- Top with an olive if desired, and secure with a decorative toothpick.
- Repeat the process.
