  • 6slicesripe heirloom tomatoes
  • 1tspolive oil
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • 1large basil leaf,cut chiffonade

  1. Place fresh tomatoes on bread.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and fresh pepper.

  3. Top with basil.
