Throw the ultimate tea party with these savory and sweet tea sandwiches that are made with baked ham, apples, and pepper cheese spread.

Ingredients

  • 8sliceraisin bread
  • 1pkgboursin pepper cheese spread
  • ½lbbaked ham,thinly sliced
  • ½buncharugula leaves
  • 1granny smith apple
  • 2tbspfresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Spread bread slices generously with pepper-cheese spread. Top with 2 folded slices of ham. Use a serrated knife to trim crusts into rectangles, approximately 2½x3-inch.

  2. Tuck 2 to 3 arugula leaves between ham slices.

  3. Thinly slice apple and dip in lemon juice to keep slices from turning brown. Arrange 3 slices on top of each sandwich.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
