- 8sliceraisin bread
- 1pkgboursin pepper cheese spread
- ½lbbaked ham,thinly sliced
- ½buncharugula leaves
- 1granny smith apple
- 2tbspfresh lemon juice
Instructions

Spread bread slices generously with pepper-cheese spread. Top with 2 folded slices of ham. Use a serrated knife to trim crusts into rectangles, approximately 2½x3-inch.
