Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 8 oz of brie cheese, sliced
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp of butter, softened
Instructions

Preheat a grill pan or panini press.

Butter one side of each bread slice.

Place 4 bread slices, butter side down, on a cutting board.

Top each slice with brie cheese and pear slices.

Place the remaining bread slices on top, butter side up.

Grill the sandwiches on the preheated pan for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the heat and let cool for a minute before serving.
